1. Rental access is temporary

All rentals provide temporary access to a digital product for the period you choose (typically 7, 14, or 30 days for games). Access automatically stops working when the rental period ends.

2. Account credentials

You must not change the email, password, linked phone number, or any security settings of the rental account. You are free to change your display name, profile picture, and add friends.

3. No refunds after delivery

Because access is allocated as soon as credentials are delivered, we do not offer refunds once you've received your login details. If something doesn't work, contact us immediately and we'll replace it.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if these terms are violated — including changing account credentials, sharing details publicly, or attempting to abuse the service.

5. Account ownership

All rental accounts remain the property of License Hub. You are renting access, not buying the account.

6. Support before disputes

If you have any issue with your rental, please contact our support team on Discord or Telegram first. We respond within minutes and can resolve almost every issue directly.
